The palette showcases oaky timber and cool blues, evoking memories of hazy days with wispy clouds and the scent of eucalyptus. The focus on natural elements through materiality and colour creates a connection to the outside world, supporting emotional and cognitive wellbeing.
The planning principles of the Colomatta Display Suite were designed around the central meeting ground of the Gully, with hot desk/kinetic working spaces positioned to buffer the collaboration point and limit noise. Additionally, the abundance of quiet rooms and focus booths provide the necessary support for focus work and smaller meetings, catering to tenants who seek a flexible and agile space that supports varied work styles and collaboration
