CBD were engaged to design and deliver a new display suite for City Freeholds.
We were tasked to create a space that has memorable design features and provides that ‘wow’ factor when potential tenants walk through the space.
The result:
_A turn key solution for tenants with adequate meeting spaces and collaboration zones. Comfortable and usable furniture that provides an element of flexibility within the space
_Strong destinations in the workspace providing points of collaboration/ activation
_Maximising natural light by planning all built space to the front of the tenancy & positioning work points close to perimeter glazing, creating a bright and vibrant workspace
